HCNA Pricing
- Prices shown are hourly rates. Longer or extended services are billed per hour.
- All prices are GST exclusive and current as at 1 November 2025.
- After-hours services are available for essential care such as personal care, nursing, and respite.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Without notice, the full service fee may apply (excluding emergencies).
- Additional care coordination may be available for clients with complex health needs, chronic conditions, or clinical oversight requirements.
- HCNA does not charge exit fees. You may change or end services at any time.

HCNA issues invoices weekly. They can be delivered via Email. Payments may be made via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
